Excellent role on offer for a Senior Land Surveyor / Manager looking to work for a highly-respected firm offering extensive progression opportunities to a Team Leader or Managerial Role.

In this role you will initially be responsible for completing land and measured building surveys, 3D laser scanning and setting out, under the direction of the Managing Director.  You would also be responsible for mentoring and training less experienced surveyors.  For the right candidate, the role will develop and evolve into day to day managing of staff, dealing with tenders, site meetings, client interaction and maintaining our high quality and client expectation.

The role is predominantly based in the Yorkshire area, but the occasion working away from home may be required.

Experience and Qualifications (* Essential) :

• Full valid UK driving licence*
• Experienced in the use of Leica Total Stations and GNSS*
• Experienced in the use of 3D Laser Scanners*
• Working with LSS and AutoCAD*
• Working with Cyclone and Pointclouds*
• Survey related qualification*
• Experience in working with tenders, liaising with clients and attending site meetings
